Delivery Information

When will my order be despatched?

All orders placed before midday Monday – Thursday will be despatched within 48 hours.
Orders placed Friday – Sunday will be despatched the following Monday, or the next working day in case of Public Holidays.
UK orders should be delivered within 2-4 days, however we cannot be held responsible for the service provided by the carriers which may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
We make every effort to maintain stock of all items in our warehouse, however shortages may occur. If an item is out of stock we will provide you with our best estimate of expected delivery date.

Will I need to sign for my order?

Your parcel may require a signature upon delivery. If there isn’t anybody available to receive your order when the carrier tries to deliver, it may be left in a safe place. Some carriers allow you to amend your delivery requirements via the tracking information sent to your email address once your order has been confirmed.

What are the delivery charges?

The delivery charge is based on the products, weight and destination. You will see the delivery charge before you confirm your order at the checkout.
UK carriage if FREE on offline orders over £99 inc VAT.

We ship worldwide, subject to service availability from established carriers. If in doubt, please contact us for a charge and delivery time estimate to your country or location.
